The client faced restrictions on the diameter of the mining tunnel, allowing a maximum diameter of 800mm, while standard fans had a diameter of 1.2 meters.

Decent Machinery’s technical team proposed an innovative solution to address this diameter limitation. By adjusting the fan blade angles and incorporating variable diameter outlets, Decent Machinery successfully reduced the outlet diameter from 1.2 meters to the required 800mm. This innovative adjustment not only satisfies the client’s airflow and pressure requirements but also effectively reduces the size of the fan, accommodating the narrow mining tunnel environment.

Transportation solutions: Truck transport

Requirement:

The client’s purchase of the fans is to replace the existing faulty ones. It’s important to note that without ventilation equipment in the tunnels, workers cannot work properly, which severely impacts the progress of mining operations and leads to significant financial losses. Therefore, the client requests our assistance in finding the fastest shipping method to save time.

Solution:

We have conducted comparisons on various transportation methods, including air freight, railway transportation, and land transportation, considering factors such as costs, transit time, and customs clearance speed. The client accepted our recommendation, and as a result, the goods were successfully delivered from Zibo, Shandong to Ulaanbaatar in just 3 days.
