Customer Visit! Russian customers visit ZIBO DECENT ESP project: an environmentally friendly solution for biomass boilers

In today’s context of increasing global environmental awareness, the efficient use of biomass energy and pollution control have become the focus of international attention. Recently, Russian customers traveled thousands of miles to China to visit ZIBO DECENT’s advanced ESP (electrostatic precipitator) project site. So, what is an ESP project? How does it meet the environmental protection needs of biomass boilers?

The ESP project, or electrostatic precipitator project, is an efficient air purification technology that is widely used in the control of industrial dust. In the field of biomass boilers, ESP dust collectors have become the first choice of many countries and enterprises due to their excellent performance. So, what are the key points that the ESP dust collector for biomass boilers needs to meet in terms of structure or design?

First of all, the ESP dust collector must have efficient dust removal capabilities. According to customer requirements, the emission standard needs to be lower than 20mg/m³. Not only did our ESP project meet this standard, but after the on-site inspection, the customer found that the Decent emission standard was lower than 10 mg/m³, expressing extremely high satisfaction with our project site.

Secondly, the design of the ESP dust collector must adapt to the special working conditions of the biomass boiler. The dust generated during the combustion process of biomass fuel has a high specific resistance, which requires the ESP dust collector to be able to adapt to the collection of this high specific resistance dust.

Furthermore, the structural design of the ESP dust collector needs to take into account the stability of the equipment and the convenience of maintenance. Our ESP project adopts a modular design, which is not only fast to install, but also easy to maintain, greatly reducing operating costs.

According to statistics, biomass boilers using ESP dust collectors can reduce dust emissions by more than 90%, which is of great significance for improving air quality and protecting the environment.
As the world’s emphasis on environmental protection continues to increase, the application prospects of ESP dust removal technology in the field of biomass boilers will be broader. We look forward to cooperating with more international partners to jointly promote the progress of environmental protection technology and contribute to building a green earth.
