Working principle of high temperature centrifugal fan: After the power is turned on, the fan rotates. Pressurization, one cycle after another, forms a powerful air flow energy, which is discharged from the pump body through the air outlet for use.
High-temperature centrifugal fans are widely used in the boiler industry and drying industry. Their operating temperatures are usually between 100-180°C. Due to their special use environment, many things need to be paid attention to during trial operation, such as:
1. The high-temperature fan must be protected during trial operation to prevent the motor from being damaged due to overload.
2. If it is at normal temperature during the trial operation, the motor load used by the fan will be too large due to high air density. At this time, please try not to use the direct start method, but use a frequency converter to start the high-temperature fan equipment at low frequency. If there is no inverter and you want to start directly, you can first close the intake valve tightly.
3. When the high-temperature fan starts trial operation, on-site staff should pay close attention to its operating status and observe the motor current. Motor protectors or overload protection electrical control boxes can also be used to prevent motor overload.
