What is the Fan Characteristics Curve ?

Fan Characteristic Curve stands for the relationship between volumetric flow rate and the pressure drop across the fan (static pressure), which is described by the fan characteristic curve. It is usually provided by the fan manufacturer. Below table shows a characteristic curve for a common tube-axial fan for instance.
