Recently, many customers who have come across us have had problems with fans they bought from other companies. The air volume of the fans is too large. In fact, centrifugal fans have a long history of development. Our country previously developed various relatively simple fan products, and their working principle is basically the same as that of centrifugal fans. In 1862, a British inventor produced a centrifugal fan whose impeller and casing were concentric circles.
But when this product works, the energy efficiency is very low, only 40%, and it is mainly used for mine ventilation. In 1880, people produced a new type of fan… In 1898, the Irish designed the Sirocco centrifugal fan with front blades, and various countries gradually adopted it.
In order to improve the performance of the equipment, the centrifugal fan equipment has been developed over a period of time, and the work efficiency has been dramatically enhanced. Especially since the 1940s, it has developed rapidly. The device belongs to a fluid-driving machine that depends on the input of mechanical energy to increase the pressure of the gas and transport it. In practice, it can be designed according to the different needs of users to achieve better results.
It is worth noting that when we install a newly purchased centrifugal fan, it does not mean that it can be used immediately. Debugging is still necessary at this point. If it is determined that the fan speed is too large or too small, four adjustment measures should be taken: 1. Adjust the air volume; 2. Adjust the damper opening; 3. Adjust the resistance coefficient of the pipe network; 4. Change to a fan with higher or lower pressure.
