How to make the direct-expansion air conditioning unit work efficiently

The direct-expansion air conditioning unit is a multifunctional air handling unit.
In use, all components should play a role. So, how to make the direct-expansion air conditioning unit work efficiently?
1. Check the final resistance value of primary and intermediate filters.
The primary filter should be cleaned once a year. When the final resistance is greater than 30Pa, the primary filter should be cleaned or replaced every two years.
2. Clean and brush the fins of the heat exchanger with compressed air every year, and brush the inside of the water pipe of the heat exchanger with high-speed water flow or compressed air, with the pressure not exceeding 0.3Mpa.
3. The direct-expansion air conditioning unit removes dust and sundries through the filter, and then enters the spray room for moist heat treatment after primary heating.
After cooling and dehumidification, it is mixed with the secondary return air. The mixed air is heated to the specified air supply state point by the secondary heater, and the noise is reduced by the blower through the muffler, and then sent into the room.
The primary and secondary return air volume is controlled by the opening of respective return air valves.
4. Every 2-3 years of operation, the inside of the water pipe of the heat exchanger should be cleaned chemically to remove the scale.
The impurities in the condensate seal shall be removed regularly. Frequently check whether the electrical circuit, various protective devices and grounding are normal.
5. When the filter reaches its final resistance, it needs to be scrapped or replaced.
Workshop staff need to record the pressure difference at both ends of primary and secondary schools every day.
When the initial differential pressure at both ends of primary and secondary schools is 1.5 times, the filter is blocked and needs to be cleaned.
When the differential pressure at both ends of the primary and secondary schools is lower than the initial differential pressure, check the damage of the filter.
If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time.
