- we support the production progress feedback to customers every 3 days. Each customer will have a unique number after placing an order, and they can use this number to enter the tracking page on our website to check the production stage.
- Full records of the inspection process. We will check the parameters one by one according to the memo confirmed by the customer when placing an order, and record the whole process of the testing. When completed, each of our customers will receive both a video test report and a paper test report. We guarantee the information in the test report is completely true and has no falsification!
- We provide live broadcast services for the key stages of the production process, like testing, packing, and delivery. Customers can make an appointment with us at least 3 days in advance, and we can choose a live broadcast app according to the customer’s habits. Like Youtube, WhatsApp, Wechat, Line, Viber, zoom, team, TalkTalk, etc., and we also provide playback services.
- Support third-party detection. In order to be fair and objective, customers can entrust a third-party testing agency to come to our company for product testing. The third-party testing agencies recommended to you are BV, SGS, TUV, etc., of course, this is charged.
